Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
Setting up a catch-all e-mailbox will be extremely easy in case you’ve got a cloud web hosting package with us. You can enable the feature through our advanced, yet easy-to-use Email Manager tool, which is included in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer your hosting account. You will find all the email addresses that you have created listed alphabetically and next to each of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly reveal to you whether a specific mailbox receives all the emails associated with a given domain or not. With one click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this feature at any moment. In case there’s active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a particular domain name, you will receive an alert from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically and without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be activated without effort if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve set up using the domains hosted in the account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will notice a mini icon conveniently located right next to each one of them. With only a single click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference as long as there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option using the menu that will come into view. If any of the requirements for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will inform you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
